Health is wealth, and the Bruhfit tee is an acknowledgment that fitness can have a profound impact on your earning potential. Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle is an investment in one’s self. Just as we invest in education, we must also make the same investment in our mental and physical wellbeing, but this payment needs to be made in sweat. The Bruhfit tee also recognizes that our fight is not with each other. Our fight is with Diabetes, High blood pressure, Heart Disease, Cancer, Stroke, Peripheral Artery Disease, and a host of different lifestyle-imposed diseases. My brother and sister are not my enemies, but the diseases taking aim at my community are. So next time you looking at that treadmill or the weight set, go on and toss on this tee and say to yourself, “if you ain’t hurting, you ain’t working,” and commence to making yourself a sexier, healthier you.
